It’s been a while since my last visit, and I was happy to come back. The food was good, and the gentleman at the front was extremely friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, as soon as the refrigerator was opened, there was a very strong odor. It looked clean, but the smell transferred to the plastic bag, the outside of my meal container, and even made my refrigerator at work smell unpleasant afterward. It honestly reminded me of the smell of roadkill. I hope whatever is causing the odor gets fixed because I’d really like to keep coming back.

I’ve been here a few times and plan to keep coming back. It’s a solid option if you’re trying to eat healthy or track your macros without overthinking it. Whenever I’m in town, I like to pick up a few days worth of meals. Their weekly rotating menu is a big plus- it helps avoid the meal fatigue that usually comes with meal prepping at home. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions. As for the food, it’s about what you’d expect from a microwaveable meal prep- nothing fancy, but consistent and straightforward. You know exactly what you’re putting into your body, and for me, that convenience matters most. I ended up signing up for their 20-meal plan, which came with two free meals and a drink (in my case a protein doughnut). If you plan on coming back regularly, it’s a good deal- plus there’s an extra 5% discount. The credits don’t expire, so you can use them whenever you want. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s just me but taking the lids off the containers is a workout in itself lol.

First time here and I loved the meal I selected. They didn't have their smoothie machine working so I couldn't taste their smoothies/shakes. Atmosphere was nice and quiet for early lunch. They have several microwaves to heat meals and spacious area down and upstairs.

I went during the afternoon, kind of an off time, but there was still quite a bit of selection, and the restaurant was super clean. The person behind the counter was very professional and even gave me some tips on what to select.

I have nothing but good things to say about fit kitchen. Delicious food, pleasant staff, quick service. Highly recommend trying out the chicken lemon herb!
